I want to thank all 51 performers that played in the December 10th, 2011 Toys for Tots Concert. We had an amazing turnout and collected around 300 toys!! I am very excited to announce that my students will be performing at the Toys for Tots benefit concert at the NPingree School in Hamilton! The show will take place on Saturday, December 10th at 7:00pm. This event will be open to the public and will feature groups of students playing renditions of holiday classics. Admission is a new, unwrapped toy. SSgt. Eric Ferreira of the United States Marines will be present to collect the toys. I hope to see you there!
Today I spent the afternoon filling in for Jon Finn at Berklee College of Music’s Summer Guitar Sessions. I was in several of his ensembles while attended Berklee, so to be leading one of his classes was surreal! A huge thanks to Jon, Dave Newsam, and all of the students in the class for a fun afternoon. You all RULE!!!
Please join us on Saturday, August 27th at 7pm for a night of music and ice cream! Kangaralien and Rush Tribute Band Mechanical Music will be playing at the Newbury Town Library in Byfield to help raise money for the library. Admission is $5 (ice cream is first come first served!!). We hope to see you there!

Free Guitar Clinic on Wednesday, February 29th at 6:30pm
On Wednesday, February 29th, I will be performing a free clinic at the Langley Adams Library in Groveland. The clinic will start at 6:30 and run until 7:30. I will play some of the material from my new disc, Guitar Boot Camp, along with some tunes from my album Basement Tapes. I will answer questions, talk about practicing, the equipment I use, etc. There will also be a Morley t-shirt raffle. 50% of all cd sales from the evening will go to Music Drives Us, and anyone that purchases both Guitar Boot Camp and Basement Tapes will receive a free cd from my old prog-rock band, Storms Approach. I am very excited about this event, and I hope you can join me!
